This is a basic description of our email response policy.
- Any email sent to a member of CARC will receive a response within one business day (excluding sick/annual leave, holidays, weekends, etc.).
- If the email to CARC contains a question, than the response will contain either an answer or the latest date on which an answer will be given.
- When we work with other departments who require us to complete a task we will first mutually determine a suitable update periodicity. This could vary from every day to once a month, depending on the client department's needs.
